Contains the main space port for the planet.It was built after venus was Terra formed by humans and made far more earth like than Mars .So much so that it is the primarily a farming world providing food to the harsh conditions of Mars and the over industrialised and over crowed earth.It was occupied by neo sapiens and a doomsday device was created to destroy the city should it fall to the terrains.
